Registration: Pre-K & Kindergarten

Registration for preschool for fall of 2025 is currently underway. The Southington Public School District's Kindergarten screening for children turning 5 from 9/2/2025 to 12/31/2025 started in January. The SPS Kindergarten Readiness Workshop is March 25th.

Mental Health

Mental health is just as important as physical health to a child’s well-being. Scientific research has shown that a child’s early experiences—whether good or bad —affect the development of children’s brains and their life-long health. Even very young children can experience childhood trauma or mental health issues and it is better to identify and address any issues early.
