Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy

The Early Childhood Collaborative of Southington is committed to creating and maintaining an environment that is physically, emotionally, and intellectually safe and thus free from bullying, harassment, and discrimination.

The Early Childhood Collaborative of Southington expressly prohibits any form of bullying behavior, harassment, and discrimination at sponsored meetings and events and on their website and social media channels. Discrimination and/or retaliation against an individual who reports or assists in the investigation of an act of bullying is likewise prohibited.
